基于独立学院创新创业区域高地构筑和综合改革的探索和研究——以广州大学华软软件学院为例

Exploration and Research on the Construction and Comprehensive Reform of Regional Heights in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Based on Independent Colleges:A Case Study on South China Institute of Software Engineering,Guangzhou University

2015年,中共中央政治局常委、国务院总理李克强在政府工作报告中提出"大众创业,万众创新",随后相关文件陆续出台,对创新创业的定位正式提升到国家战略层面。由普通本科高校与社会力量合作举办的独立学院经过十几年来的发展,正渐入正轨,但因其成立时间短、创新创业教育缺乏可借鉴的经验、创业导师资源不足、外部资源共享存在一定的欠缺,导致独立学院创新创业教育发展停滞不前,本论文基于独立学院创新创业区域高地构筑和综合改革的探索和研究,结合广州大学华软软件学院创新创业教育建设经验,试图探索出一条适合独立学院发展的创新创业教育建设道路。

In2015,the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and State Council Premier Li Keqiang put forward"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"in the government work report.Then the relevant documents have been introduced,and the positioning of innovation and entrepreneurship was officially promoted to the national strategic level.After more than a decade of development,independent colleges,ran by regular undergraduate universities and social force,have gradually entered a normal road of development,but because of its short period of development,the lack of experience in innovation and entrepreneurship education,the lack of teaching tutors and insufficient sharing of external resources,the development of independent colleges remains stagnant.Based on the exploration and research on the construction and comprehensive reform of regional heights in innovation and entrepreneurship based on independent colleges,and combined with the experience of the writer's college,this paper attempts to explore a road of innovation and entrepreneurship education suitable for the development of independent colleges.
