多排螺旋CT图像重建技术联合应用在鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术前评估的研究

Study on combined application of multi-slice spiral CT image reconstruction for preoperative evaluation of endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy

目的分析多排螺旋CT图像重建技术联合应用在鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术前评估的应用效果。方法 50例慢性泪囊炎患者作为本次的研究对象,信封随机分组方案分为常规组与实验组,每组25例。两组患者均给予鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗,采用其中常规组术前给予磁共振成像(MRI)检查,实验组给予多排螺旋CT图像重建。对比两组患者治疗效果、诊断准确率、并发症发生情况。结果实验组临床治疗总有效率96.00%高于常规组的76.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组诊断准确率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组并发症发生率12.00%低于常规组的36.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多排螺旋CT图像重建技术作为鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术前评估的应用效果显著,值得实践推广。

Objective To analyze the application effect of combined application of multi-slice spiral CT image reconstruction for preoperative evaluation of endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy.Methods A total of50chronic dacryocystitis patients as study subjects were divided by envelope random grouping method into conventional group and experimental group,with25cases in each group.Both groups was treated with endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy.The conventional group received magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)examination before operation,and the experimental group received multi-slice spiral CT image reconstruction before operation.Comparison were made on treatment effect,diagnostic accuracy rate and complications occurrence in two groups.Results The experimental group had higher clinical total effective rate as96.00%than76.00%in the conventional group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Both groups had no statistically significant difference in diagnostic accuracy rate(P>0.05).The experimental group had lower incidence of complication s as12.00%than36.00%in the conventional group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT image reconstruction shows remarkable application effect for preoperative evaluation of endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy,and it is worthy of practice and promotion.
