老年高血压患者应用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗的效果分析

Effect analysis of senile hypertensive patients treated with levamlodipine besylate

目的分析老年高血压患者应用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗的效果。方法 260例老年高血压患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组及左旋组,各130例。对照组应用苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,左旋组应用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗。比较两组高血压治疗效果,干预前后收缩压水平、舒张压水平、生活质量调查表(SF-36)评分,头痛、面部潮红、踝部水肿不良反应发生率。结果左旋组高血压治疗总有效率为96.92%,高于对照组的79.23%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组收缩压水平、舒张压水平、SF-36评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组收缩压水平、舒张压水平、SF-36评分均较本组干预前改善,且左旋组改善程度优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。左旋组不良反应发生率为0.77%,低于对照组的11.54%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年高血压患者应用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗的效果确切,可有效降低血压,减少不良反应,改善患者预后和生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of senile hypertensive patients treated with levamlodipine besylate.Methods A total of260senile hypertensive patients as study subjects were divided by random number table method into control group and levo group,with130cases in each group.The control group was treated with amlodipine besylate,and the levo group was treated with levamlodipine besylate.Comparison were made on hypertension treatment effect,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure before and after intervention,36-item short-form health survey(SF-36)score and incidence of headache,facial flushing and ankle edema in two groups.Results The levo group had higher total effective rate as96.92%than79.23%in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Before intervention,both groups had no statistically significant difference in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and SF-36score(P>0.05).After intervention,both groups had better systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and SF-36score than before treatment,and the levo group had better improvement degree than the control group.Their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The levo group had lower incidence of adverse reactions as0.77%than11.54%in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Levamlodipine besylate shows affirmative effect for senile hypertension patients,and it can effectively reduce blood pressure and adverse reactions,improve the prognosis and quality of life.So it is worth promoting.
