中医序贯疗法联合FESS治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床效果观察

Observation on clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine sequential therapy combined with FESS in the treatment of chronic sinusitis

目的对慢性鼻窦炎患者给予中医序贯疗法联合功能性内窥镜鼻窦手术(FESS)治疗的临床效果进行分析。方法 60例慢性鼻窦炎患者,随机分为对照组及治疗组,各30例。对照组给予FESS治疗,治疗组给予中医序贯疗法联合FESS治疗。比较两组的症状积分情况和鼻黏膜纤毛传输速率(MTR)。结果治疗后,治疗组患者的症状积分为(3.28±1.42)分、MTR为(7.26±1.43)mm/min,均优于对照组的(5.86±1.07)分、(5.64±1.21)mm/min,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性鼻窦炎给予中医序贯疗法联合FESS治疗效果较好,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine sequential therapy combined with functional endoscopic sinus surgery(FESS)in the treatment of chronic sinusitis patients.Methods A total of60chronic sinusitis patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with30cases in each group.The control group was treated with FESS,and the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine sequential therapy and FESS.Comparison were made on symptom scores and nasal mucociliary transmission rate(MTR)in two groups.Results After treatment,the treatment group had symptom scores as(3.28±1.42)points and MTR as(7.26±1.43)mm/min,which were all better than(5.86±1.07)points and(5.64±1.21)mm/min in the control group,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese medicine sequential therapy and FESS shows good treatment effect in treating chronic sinusitis,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
