四妙丸加减对湿瘀互结型慢性盆腔炎患者生活质量的影响

Effect of Simiao pills add and subtract on the quality of life in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of phlegm and blood stasis type

目的分析四妙丸加减对湿瘀互结型慢性盆腔炎患者生活质量的影响。方法 90例湿瘀互结型慢性盆腔炎患者,随机分为研究组与对照组,每组45例。研究组予以四妙丸加减治疗,对照组予以妇科千金胶囊治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果和治疗前后的生活质量评分情况。结果研究组患者的临床总有效率95.56%高于对照组73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对湿瘀互结型慢性盆腔炎患者实施四妙丸加减治疗,可以有效提高患者的临床治疗效果,改善生活质量水平,值得在临床中积极推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of Simiao pills add and subtract on the quality of life in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of phlegm and blood stasis type.Methods A total of90patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of phlegm and blood stasis type were randomly divided into research group and control group,with45cases in each group.The research group received Simiao pills add and subtract for treatment,and the control group received Fuke Qianjin capsules for treatment.Comparison were made on clinical treatment effect and quality of life score before and after treatment in two groups.Results The research group had higher clinical total effective rate as95.56%than73.33%in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Before treatment,both groups had no statistically significant difference in quality of life score(P>0.05).After treatment,the research group had higher quality of life score than the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of phlegm and blood stasis type,Simiao pills add and subtract treatment can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect and quality of life of in patients.So it is worthy of being actively popularized and applied in clinic.
