摘要
目的探讨序贯干预处理在经双腔硅胶管冲洗引流治疗高血压脑室出血时的作用及技术要点。方法将81例高血压脑室出血被随机分为序贯干预组及对照组,两组患者均接受常规经双腔硅胶管冲洗引流及尿激酶溶解术清除脑室内积血;序贯干预组在冲洗引流期间给予序贯干预处理;观察记录两组带管时间、尿激酶用量、并发症无等指标,并进行统计学处理。结果与对照组相比,序贯干预组患着带管及住院时间短、尿激酶注入次数及用量少(P<0.05),并发症发生率低(P<0.05)。结论序贯干预使经双腔硅胶管冲洗引流清除高血压脑室出血变得高效、安全,且简单、易行。
Objective To explore the efficacy and technique notes of sequential intervention in the treatment of hypertensive intraventricularhemorrhage(HIVH)via double-cavity silicone cannula irrigation and drainage(DSCCID).Methods81cases of HIVH were divided into the sequentialintervention group(SIG)and control group(CG),all patients received irrigation,drainage and urokinase(UK)injection via Double-cavity siliconecannula(DCSC)to eliminate intraventricular hematomas.besides this,the SIG patients received sequential intervention additionally,then thedata of canula-loading duration,dose of UK,complication and etc were collect and analysis.Results The parameter of canula-loading and hospitalizationduration,times and dose of UK injection,complication rate in SIG were superior to CG significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion For the treatmentof HIVH,the application of sequential intervention is simple and safe,but it can make the DCSCID more effective.
