The aim of“Undergraduate Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program”is to encourage and support undergraduates attending scientific research,technology development and entrepreneurship training,and then to intensify the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship.This paper focuses on the process management,result supervision and technology support by the introduction of project management to provide beneficial safeguard for the successfully operation of“Undergraduate Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program”.
