摘要
该文是通过采用文献资料法对搏克运动发展历程及如何更好地传承与推广进行了研究。该文首先对搏克运动的发展进行了概述,然后对其健身和精神教育意义进行了深刻阐述,继而从人口、师资及设备三方面分析了当下搏克运动发展的制约因素,最后为传承和推广搏克运动提出了建议。
This paper is through the use of literature on Burk development and how to better inheritance and promotion of research.Based on the development of Mongolian wrestling movement are summarized,and then the fitness and mental education significance were expounded,and then from the population,faculty and facilities three aspects analyzes the factors restricting the development of Burk,finally puts forward some suggestions for the inheritance and promotion of sports wrestling.
