运动结合代餐奶昔对隐形肥胖个体的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Aerobic Exercise Combined with Dietary Supplements on Body Composition and Maximal Oxygen Uptake of Invisible Obese Female College Students

摘要 目的通过有氧运动结合代餐营养品和单纯有氧运动两种方式对隐形肥胖女大学生体成分和最大摄氧量的影响来探讨最佳减控体重方式。方法使用Inbody720体成分仪和PAR-Q问卷筛选出符合要求的20位隐形肥胖女大学生,随机分为有氧运动结合代餐营养品组和有氧运动对照组,每组10人,实验前测试最大摄氧量,制定有氧运动强度为65%~70%VO2max,5次1周,40 min/次。6周后测试体成分和最大摄氧量。结果与有氧运动对照组比较,有氧运动结合代餐营养品可以显著改善隐形肥胖女大学生的BMI、体脂率、体脂肪含量(P<0.05),并且,最大摄氧量也有所增加。结论有氧运动结合代餐营养品作为减控体重的最佳方式,有助于高效减肥塑形,增加心肺功能。 Objective This study compared the effects of aerobic exercise combined with dietary supplements and aerobic exercise on body composition and maximal oxygen uptake of invisible obese female college students to explore the optimal way to weight loss.Methods Using Inbody720and PAR-Q questionnaire to screen out20invisible obese female college students,were randomly divided into two groups,E+MR group and EC group.Each group includes ten subjects,exercise intensity is65%~70%VO2max,5times per week,40minutes per day.6weeks later,body composition and maximum oxygen uptake were detected.Results Compared with aerobic exercise control group,aerobic exercise combined with dietary supplements,invisible obese female college students’BMI,body fat rate,body fat were significantly improved(P<0.05),maximum oxygen uptake also increased.Conclusion Aerobic exercise combined with dietary supplements is the best way to reduce weight,contributing to efficient weight loss and bodybuilding.
