铁峰煤矿采掘过程有限元模拟分析及监测

摘要 以铁峰煤矿为研究背景,分析煤炭采掘过程中煤层及液压支架的受力情况,采用有限元软件ANSYS模拟隧道挖掘、激活液压支架、液压支架施加主动支撑力以及侧边煤层的开采过程,并与现场实测结果进行对比验证。结果表明,生死单元法可以精确模拟煤炭采掘过程,模拟分析可为井下安全设计提供参考。 Taking Tiefeng coal mine as the research background,analyzed the stress of coal seam and hydraulicsupport during mining,using the finite element software ANSYS to simulate the tunnel excavation,by the activationof the hydraulic support to simulate the an active supporting force,and compared with the results of field test results.The results show that the life and death unit method can accurately simulate the coal mining process,and the supportrole of hydraulic support is the key to the successful operation of coal mining.Simulation analysis can provide areference for underground safety design.
