摘要
本文对徐庄生建煤矿12_下煤层的可采储量及煤层顶底板条件进行分析,论证了12_下煤层采用综合机械化开采的可行性。采用理论分析与数值模拟相结合的手段,确定了综采面液压支架的合理支护强度为0.4MPa。通过选用适用的三机配套,12_下薄煤层首采面实现了日产量1818.2t,取得了较好的技术经济效果。
This paper analyzes the recoverable reserves of the12coal seam and the top and bottom of the coal seamin Xu Zhuangsheng coal mine,and demonstrates the feasibility of using the comprehensive mechanized mining in the12lower seam.With the combination of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,the reasonable support strengthof fully mechanized face hydraulic support is determined to be0.4MPa.By selecting the suitable three machines andmatching the first mining face of12lower seams,the daily output of1818.2t has been achieved,and better technicaland economic effects have been achieved.
