摘要
本文分析了煤矿冲击式破碎机传动装置的结构,对单悬臂结构进行了双侧支撑改造研究。通过受力分析发现,改造后变形量为改造前的1/2。同时,为了降低双支撑结构下轴承座的温度,在左、右轴承座处增加了水冷却循环系统,并使轴承及密封件处的温度能够降低10℃左右。有效地提高了设备可靠性,延长了设备的使用寿命。
This paper analyzes the structure of the coal mine impact crusher transmission device,and studies thereconstruction of the single cantilever structure with bilateral support.Through the analysis of stress,it is found thatthe deformation amount is1/2before transformation.At the same time,in order to reduce the temperature of thebearing seat under the dual support structure,the water cooling cycle system is added to the left and right bearinghousings,and the temperature at the bearing and the sealing parts can be reduced by about10DEG C.The equipmentreliability is effectively improved and the service life of the equipment is prolonged.
