针灸加中药口服治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效

Clinical Efect of Acupuncture Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:探讨针灸加中药口服治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析南昌市洪都中医院2015年4月至2016年8月60例腰椎间盘突出症患者,按照入院就诊顺序随机分成观察组与对照组,对照组采用针灸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以中药口服治疗,观察2组患者临床治疗效果及疼痛VAS评分。结果:观察组治疗后总有效率为96.67%高于对照组总有效率70.00%(P<0.05);经治疗1个疗程、2个疗程后,观察组VAS评分与对照组比较均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:针灸加中药口服治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有明显临床效果,可显著改善患者疼痛症状,临床推广应用价值高。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of lumbar discherniation.Methods:60cases of lumbar disc herniation patients in our hospital frin April2015-August2016were randomly divided into observationgroup and control group.The control group used the acupuncture treatment,the observation group was also treated with traditional Chinese medicineon the basis of acupuncture,and then the clinical curative effect of2groups of VAS score and pain were compared.Results:After treatment,the totaleffective rate of the observation group was96.67%,which is higher than that of the control group(70%,P<0.05);After1courses of treatment and2courses of treatment,the VAS score of the observation group and the control group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncturecombined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation has obvious clinical effect,can significantly improve the painsymptoms of patients,thus the clinical application value is high.
