摘要
针对目前尼龙盐成盐过程尚不明确的现状,通过pH和反应温升的实时测量,对己二酸(ADA)和对苯二甲酸(PTA)与己二胺(HMDA)反应生成尼龙66盐/尼龙6T盐的成盐过程进行了研究。结果表明:当温度低于40℃时,ADA与HMDA反应生成尼龙66盐的反应是由ADA溶解速率控制,温度高于50℃,则转变为反应控制;而PTA与HMDA的反应在30~60℃内都是由PTA的溶解速率控制。当ADA和PTA同时与HMDA反应时,由于PTA的溶解度比ADA的低,HMDA首先与ADA反应生成尼龙66盐,然后再与PTA反应生成尼龙6T盐。
In order to elucidate the formation mechanism of nylon66salt/nylon6T salt,the reaction processof adipic acid(ADA)/p-phthalic acid(PTA)and hexamethylendiamine(HMDA)was studied by real-timemeasurements of pH and reaction temperature rise.Results show that the reaction of ADA and HMDA to formnylon66salt is controlled by the dissolution rate of ADA at T<40℃,and it turns to reaction rate controlled atT>50℃.The reaction of PTA and HMDA to form nylon6T salt is controlled by the dissolution rate of PTAwithin30~60℃.When ADA and PTA are mixed with HMDA,HMDA reacts with ADA first to produce nylon66salt,and then reacts with PTA to form nylon6T salt.
