降压药在老年高血压患者中的临床药学探析

Clinical pharmaceutical analysis of antihypertensive drugs in elderly patients with hypertension

目的:探讨降压药在老年高血压病患者中的临床药学特点。方法:收治老年高血压患者200例,所有患者开始均单一使用降压药物,对使用无效的患者进行联合用药。结果:200例患者应用降压药物治疗,显效129例(64.5%),有效30例(15.0%),无效41例,总有效率79.5%。其中使用卡托普利治疗30例,总有效率76.7%;使用硝苯地平治疗36例,总有效率75.0%;使用氨氯地平治疗48例,总有效率75.0%;使用替米沙坦治疗86例,总有效率84.9%。经过治疗收缩压和舒张压均明显降低。对41例使用单一降压药物无效的患者进行联合用药,血压均得到有效控制。结论:联合用药是治疗老年高血压的重要途径。

Objective:To investigate the clinical and pharmaceutical characteristics of antihypertensive drugs in elderly patientswith hypertension.Methods:200elderly patients with hypertension were selected.All patients began to use antihypertensive drugsonly,and the patients were treated with combination drugs if they were not effective.Results:200patients were treated withantihypertensive drugs,129cases were markedly effective(64.5%),effective in30cases(15%),ineffective in41cases,and the totaleffective rate was79.5%.The use of Kato pury therapy in30cases,the total efficiency was76.7%;the use of nifedipine in thetreatment of36cases,the total efficiency was75%;the use of amlodipine in the treatment of48cases,the total efficiency was75%;the use of telmisartan in the treatment of86cases,the total efficiency was84.9%.After treatment,both systolic and diastolic bloodpressure decreased significantly,41patients with a single antihypertensive drug ineffective were used the combined medication,and the blood pressure were effectively controlled.Conclusion:Combined use of drugs is an important way to treat hypertension inthe elderly.
