Analysis of the problems and countermeasures on common irrational use of drugs in digestive system

目的:探讨消化内科常见不合理用药问题。方法:对消化内科不合理用药的260例患者的一般资料进行回顾性分析,统计患者不合理用药的原因。结果:不合理用药发生原因有抗生素使用不合理、抑酸药物使用过量、联合用药不当、重复用药、药理错误。结论:消化内科常见不合理用药问题及原因较多,临床需根据患者不合理用药原因制定针对性的对策,以提升患者的治疗安全性。

Objective:To investigate the problems of common irrational use of drugs in digestive medicine.Methods:The generaldata of260cases with irrational use of drugs in digestive tract were analyzed retrospectively,and the reasons for irrational use ofdrugs were statistically analyzed.Results:The causes of irrational use of durgs including irrational use of antibiotics,excessive useof acid inhibiting drugs,improper combination of drugs,repeated use of drugs and pharmacological errors.Conclusion:Commonproblems and causes of irrational use of drugs in gastroenterology.We need to formulate specific measures according to thepatient's medication unreasonable reasons,in order to improve the safety of patients.
