合理用药质询对临床药事管理工作的意义

Significance of rational drug use inquiry on the management of clinical pharmaceutical affairs

目的:探讨合理用药质询方法在临床药事管理工作中应用的意义。方法:随机抽取本地区40所医院,随机平分两组。对照组在临床药事管理工作中应用常规药事管理方法;观察组则在临床药事管理工作中应用合理用药质询方法;在每组医院应用不同临床药事管理方法前、后随机抽取20 000份药品处方进行分析、调查,比较两组医院的药品处方评价情况。结果:两组医院经不同方法进行临床药事管理工作后药品处方合格率均明显提高,其中观察组在临床药事管理工作中应用合理用药质询方法后药品处方合格率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:合理用药质询方法在临床药事管理工作中的应用意义显著,可显著提高临床药品处方的合格率,进而促进药事管理工作的发展。

Objective:To discuss the application significance of rational drug use inquiry method in clinical pharmacyadministration.Methods:A total of40hospitals were randomly divided into two groups in our province.The control group wasapplied routine pharmacy management in the clinical pharmacy administration.The observation group was applied the rationaldrug inquiry method in the clinical pharmacy administration.At each hospital,20000prescriptions were randomly selected beforeand after the application of different methods of clinical pharmacy administration,and the prescription evaluation of the two groupsof hospitals was compared.Results:The qualified rate of prescription was obviously improved in two groups of hospitals afterdifferent ways of clinical pharmacy administration,the qualified rate of drug prescription was significantly higher in theobservation group than that in the control group after the application of rational drug challenge method in clinical pharmacymanagement,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of rational drug inquiry methodin clinical pharmacy management has significant significance,which can significantly improve the qualified rate of clinical drugprescriptions,and further promote the development of pharmaceutical administration.
