MIPO技术结合胫骨远端内侧解剖型锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨下段骨折的临床疗效观察

MIPO combined with internal fixation with distal tibial anatomic plate for the treatment of lower tibial fracture

目的:探讨微创接骨板接骨术结合胫骨远端内侧解剖型锁定钢板治疗胫骨下段骨折的疗效。方法:收治胫骨下段骨折患者48例,均采用微创接骨板接骨术结合胫骨远端内侧解剖型锁定钢板治疗,对疗效进行观察。结果:45例随访患者无内固定失败,无骨折复位丢失。结论:微创接骨板接骨术结合胫骨远端内侧解剖型锁定钢板治疗胫骨下段骨折,具有创伤小、骨折愈合率高、并发症少、功能恢复佳等特点。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis combined with anatomical lockingplate of distal tibia in the treatment of lower tibial fracture.Methods:48patients with lower tibial fracture were treated.They weretreated with minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis combined with anatomical locking plate of distal tibia.Results:There were nointernal fixation failures and no fracture reduction in45patients.Conclusion:MIPO technique combined with distal tibial anatomiclocking plate in the treatment of lower tibial fracture has the advantages of less trauma,higher fracture healing rate,lesscomplications and better functional recovery.
