两种挑除闭合性粉刺的方法和效果观察

Two kinds of methods and effects of removing closed acne

目的:探讨有效挑除闭合性粉刺的方法。方法:收治闭合性粉刺患者240例,随机分为对照组和观察组各120例。对照组采用传统方法挑除,观察组采用改良方法挑除。结果:观察组患者疼痛0级比例和1级比例均高于对照组,2级比例低于对照组,疼痛程度轻于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者一次挤压成功率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对闭合性粉刺患者采用改良挑除法能够减轻患者的疼痛,且操作简单,引起的不良反应较小。

Objective:To investigate the effective method of removing closed acne.Methods:240patients with closed acne wereselected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with120cases in each group.The controlgroup was selected by traditional methods,and the observation group was selected by the improved method.Results:The proportionof0grade and1grade of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the proportion of the2grade waslower than that of the control group,the degree of pain was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of theone-time crush of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patientswith closed acne,the modified acupuncture can reduce the pain of the patient,and the operation is simple,resulting in less adversereactions.
