药物洗脱球囊在冠状动脉特殊病变介入治疗中的应用分析

Application of drug eluting balloon in interventional treatment of coronary artery special lesion

目的:探讨药物洗脱球囊在冠状动脉特殊病变介入治疗中的应用效果。方法:依照冠状动脉造影结果对药物洗脱球囊的型号进行选择,根据药物洗脱球囊治疗的具体要求完成各项操作。结果:药物洗脱球囊应用于支架内再狭窄病变20例,应用于分叉病变20例,应用于小血管病变10例,应用于支架内闭塞病变10例。结论:药物洗脱球囊在小血管病变介入治疗、分叉病变、支架内闭塞病变以及再狭窄病变等方面的治疗中有比较突出的安全性优势。

Objective:To explore the application effect of drug eluting balloon in interventional treatment of coronary arteryspecial lesion.Methods:According to the results of coronary angiography,we chose the model of the drug eluting balloon,and wecompleted the operation according to the specific requirements of the drug eluting balloon treatment.Results:The drug elutingballoon was used in20cases of stent restenosis,20cases of bifurcation lesions,10cases of small vessel lesions and10cases ofstent occlusive disease.Conclusion:Drug eluting balloon had prominent safety advantages in the interventional therapy of smallvascular diseases,bifurcation lesions,stent occlusion and restenosis.
