摘要
目的:探讨子宫下段贯穿缝合在前置胎盘剖宫产术中的应用价值。方法:收治前置胎盘孕妇38例,实施剖宫产术中予以子宫下段贯穿缝合,观察治疗效果。结果:子宫下段贯穿缝合的有效性达84%(32/38)。结论:子宫下段贯穿缝合在前置胎盘剖宫产术中的应用价值显著。
Objective:To explore the application value of lower uterine segment transfixion suture in caesarean section of placentaprevia.Methods:38cases of placenta previa pregnant women were chosen.They were treated with lower uterine segment transfixionsuture in caesarean section.We observed the treatment effect.Results:The effectiveness was of lower uterine segment transfixionsuture84%(32/38).Conclusion:The application value of lower uterine segment transfixion suture in caesarean section of placentaprevia was significant.
