米非司酮和米索前列醇用于早中期药物流产的效果

The effect of mifepristone and misoprostol on drug abortion in early and middle pregnancy

目的:对米非司酮和米索前列醇用于早中期药物流产的效果进行分析和探讨。方法:收治孕妇110例,随机分两组。A组口服米索前列醇,B组口服米非司酮和米索前列醇,对比两组孕妇的临床疗效、阴道出血情况及不良反应发生情况。结果:B组孕妇的完全流产率92.72%,明显大于A组的72.73%;B组孕妇的阴道出血时间以及阴道出血量明显少于A组;B组孕妇用药后不良反应发生率9.09%,明显低于A组的27.27%。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:米非司酮和米索前列醇用于早中期药物流产具有良好的效果,可以提高药物流产率,减少孕妇的阴道出血量和流血时间,并防止严重不良反应的发生。

Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of mifepristone and misoprostol on drug abortion in early and middlepregnancy.Methods:110cases of pregnancy were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.The group A took orallymisoprostol,and the group B took mifepristone and misoprostol orally.The clinical efficacy,vaginal bleeding and adverse reactionswere compared between the two groups.Results:The complete abortion rate of pregnant women in the group B was92.72%,significantly higher than that in the group A of72.73%.The vaginal bleeding time and the amount of vaginal bleeding in the groupB were significantly smaller than those in the group A.The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the group B was9.09%,whichwas significantly lower than that in the group A of27.27%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mifepristone and misoprostol for medical abortion in early pregnancy has good effect.It can improve the drug abortion rate,reducethe amount of vaginal bleeding and bleeding time of pregnant women,and prevent the occurrence of serious adverse reactions.
