康艾注射液联合化疗对老年恶性肿瘤患者生活质量及免疫功能的影响

Influence of Kang Ai injection combined with chemotherapy on life quality and immune function in elderly patients with malignant tumor

目的:探讨康艾注射液联合化疗对老年恶性肿瘤患者生活质量及免疫功能的影响。方法:收治老年恶性肿瘤患者46例,随机分为联合组与参照组。参照组采用常规化疗治疗,联合组采用化疗联合康艾注射液治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:联合组生活质量评分显著高于参照组(P<0.05)。相较于参照组,联合组免疫功能指标变化效果更加理想(P<0.05)。结论:康艾注射液联合化疗能有效改变老年恶性肿瘤患者的生活质量及免疫功能。

Objective:To explore the influence of Kang Ai injection combined with chemotherapy on life quality and immunefunction in elderly patients with malignant tumor.Methods:46elderly patients with malignant tumor were selected and they wererandomly divided into the combined group and the reference group.The reference group was treated with conventionalchemotherapy,and the combined group was combined with Kang Ai injection combined with chemotherapy.We compared thetherapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the combined group,the quality of life score was significantly higher than that of thereference group(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group,the change of immune function indexes in the combined group wasmore ideal(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kang Ai injection combined with chemotherapy can effectively change the quality of life andimmune function in elderly patients with malignant tumor.
