清热养阴、化腐清创法治疗小面积Ⅲ°烧伤的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of clearing away heat and nourishing yin and corruption debridement in the treatment of small area third degree burn

目的:观察清热养阴、化腐清创法在小面积Ⅲ°烧伤治疗中的临床疗效。方法:对小面积Ⅲ°烧伤患者356例应用清热养阴、化腐清创法治疗,未出现创面脓毒症,未通过切削痂植皮达到创面愈合的目的。结果:全部治愈,无失败病例。结论:清热养阴、化腐清创的治疗方法在小面积Ⅲ°烧伤治疗上疗效显著。

Objective:To observe the effect of clearing away heat and nourishing yin and corruption debridement in the treatmentof small area third degree burn.Methods:We used clearing away heat and nourishing yin and corruption debridement to treat360cases of small area third degree burn,no wound sepsis occurred,all the patients did not through the cut the scab and skin graftingto achieve the purpose of wound healing.Results:All cases were cured without failure.Conclusion:The method of clearing awayheat and nourishing yin and corruption debridement has achieved remarkable curative effect in the treatment of small area ofthree degree burn.
