中西医结合治疗顽固性扁平疣临床观察

Clinical observation of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of obstinate verruca plana

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗顽固性扁平疣的临床效果。方法:收治顽固性扁平疣疾病患者100例,平分两组。对照组给予聚肌胞注射液湿敷及维A酸膏外涂的治疗方法,观察组给予中药内服加聚肌胞注射液湿敷及维A酸膏外涂的治疗方法,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行观察。结果:观察组临床治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗顽固性扁平疣具有非常好的效果。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatmentof obstinate verruca plana.Methods:100patients with obstinate verruca plana were selected.The control group was treated withpolyinosinic-polycytidylic acid injection coated with vitamin A acid paste.The observation group was treated with oraladministration of Chinese medicine plus polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid injection and vitamin A acid paste.The clinical effects ofthe two groups were observed.Results:The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and thedifference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicinetreatment in the treatment of obstinate verruca plana has a very good clinical effect.
