摘要
目的:探讨肌骨超声评估颈椎钩椎关节增生的价值。方法:收治颈椎病患者40例,行肌骨超声检查和CT三维重建与血管成像检查,比较检查结果。结果:肌骨超声检查显示83个钩椎关节出现增生,CT三维重建与血管成像检查显示85个钩椎关节出现增生,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肌骨超声用于检查颈椎钩椎增生的结果清晰,评估效果好,是高效、便捷的检查方法。
Objective:To explore the value of musculoskeletal ultrasound on evaluating the hyperplasia of cervical spine luschkajoint.Methods:40patients with cervical spondylosis were selected.They were given musculoskeletal ultrasound examination andCT3D reconstruction and angiography examination.We compared the findings.Results:Musculoskeletal ultrasound examinationshowed that83spine luschka joints had hyperplasia.CT3D reconstruction and angiography examination showed that85spineluschka joints had hyperplasia.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The result of musculoskeletalultrasound on evaluating the hyperplasia of cervical spine luschka joint was clear,and the evaluation effect was good.It was anefficient and convenient method of examination.
