The diagnostic value of MRI in anal fistula

目的:探讨MRI检查对肛瘘的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析19例经手术证实的肛瘘患者的MRI影像资料,着重观察其MRI影像表现特点,并与手术结果相对照。结果:19例肛瘘患者,瘘管在T1WI像上呈等或稍低信号影,在T2WI上呈等或稍高信号影,T2脂肪抑制序列上的瘘管均呈不同程度的高信号影。磁共振横断位T2压脂像加上冠、矢状位T2压脂像可清楚显示瘘管的形态、走行和分布,对肛瘘内、外口的显示也较清楚。MRI对肛瘘的显示与手术结果一致。结论:MRI多序列、多方位成像对肛瘘有独特的诊断价值。

Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of MRI examination in anal fistula.Methods:The MRI images of19patients with anal fistula proved by operation were analyzed retrospectively.The characteristics of MRI imaging were observed andcompared with the results of operation.Results:In19patients with anal fistula,the fistula showed an equal or slightly low signal onthe T1WI image and showed an equal or slightly higher signal on the T2WI.In the T2inhibitory sequence,all the fistulas showedhigh signal intensity in different degree.Magnetic resonance cross-T2compression plate with the crown,sagittal T2compressioncan clearly show the shape of fistula,walking and distribution,the indication of internal and external mouth of anal fistula is moreclear,and the display of MRI to anal fistula is consistent with the operation result.Conclusion:The indication of internal andexternal mouth of anal fistula is more clear,and the display of MRI to anal fistula is consistent with the operation result
