精细化护理模式在输尿管镜钬激光碎石取石术中的应用

Application of meticulous nursing mode in ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy

目的:探讨精细化护理模式在输尿管结石患者实施输尿管镜钬激光碎石术中的应用价值。方法:收治实施输尿管镜钬激光碎石术的输尿管结石患者60例,分为参照组和研究组,各30例。参照组实施常规护理,研究组实施精细化护理。结果:研究组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术中及术后实施护理时间、术后住院时间相关数据均较参照组明显少(P<0.05);研究组无并发症发生,明显少于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:精细化护理模式在输尿管结石实施输尿管镜钬激光碎石术患者中能够保证手术顺利进行,还可显著改善患者的预后及护理满意度。

Objective:To investigate the value of meticulous nursing mode in ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for ureteralcalculi patients.Methods:60patients with ureteral calculi undergoing ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy were selected.Theywere divided into the reference group and the study group with30cases in each.The routine nursing was carried out in thereference group,and the meticulous nursing was carried out in the study group.Results:The operation time,intraoperative bloodloss,intraoperative and postoperative nursing time and postoperative hospitalization time related data of the study group weredecreased significantly than those of the reference group(P<0.05);there were no complication occurred in the study group,whichwas significantly lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fine nursing mode intervention can ensure theoperation of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for ureteral calculi patients,and it can improve the prognosis and thesatisfaction of the patients significantly.
