经尿道前列腺等离子切除术治疗前列腺增生的精细化护理对疗效与并发症的影响

Influence of meticulous nursing on efficacy and complications of patients with prostatic hyperplasia treated with transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate

目的:探讨经尿道前列腺等离子切除术治疗前列腺增生的精细化护理对疗效与并发症的影响。方法:收治前列腺增生患者70例,分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用精细化护理,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组IPSS评分明显高于对照组,下床活动时间与住院天数明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经尿道前列腺等离子切除术治疗前列腺增生的精细化护理可提升疗效,减少并发症。

Objective:To explore the influence of meticulous nursing on efficacy and complications of patients with prostatichyperplasia treated with transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate.Methods:70patients with prostatic hyperplasia wereselected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing,and theobservation group added meticulous nursing on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the IPSS score was significantly higher than the control group,and the ambulation time and thelength of stay were significantly less than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Meticulous nursing for patients with prostatichyperplasia treated with transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate can improve curative effect and reduce complications.
