摘要
近些年来食品安全问题突出,已经成为社会焦点问题之一。因此,需加强食品检测工作,保证食品安全。随着生物技术的不断发展,食品检验技术日益进步,ATP生物发光检测法因其灵敏度较高且操作便捷,已被广泛应用。本文首先对生物检验技术在食品检测中应用的重要性进行分析,其次对ATP发光法的作用原理进行阐述,然后就食品微生物检验中ATP发光法的具体应用进行总结。
In recent years,food safety issues have become prominent,and has become one of the social problems.Therefore,it isnecessary to strengthen food testing work to ensure food safety.With the development of biotechnology and the progress of foodinspection technology,ATP bioluminescence detection method has been widely used because of its high sensitivity and convenientoperation.In this paper,the importance of biological detection technology in food testing was analyzed firstly,secondly,the principleof ATP luminescence method is expounded,and then the specific application of ATP luminescence method in food microbiologicalexamination is summarized.
