摘要
目的:探讨运动治疗对脑卒中患者偏瘫的治疗价值。方法:收治脑卒中患者70例。常规疗法组进行常规康复治疗,运动疗法组在常规疗法组基础上进行运动治疗。结果:运动疗法组脑卒中康复治疗效果优于常规疗法组(P<0.05);半年后运动疗法组肢体运动功能评分、生活能力评分、生活质量评分优于常规疗法组(P<0.05)。结论:运动治疗对脑卒中患者偏瘫的治疗价值高,可有效改善患者肢体运动功能、生活能力、生活质量。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic value of exercise therapy for hemiplegia in stroke patients.Methods:70strokepatients were selected.The routine treatment group received routine rehabilitation treatment,and the exercise therapy groupreceived exercise treatment on the basis of routine treatment group.Results:The rehabilitation effect of stroke of the exercisetherapy group was higher than that of the routine therapy group(P<0.05);after six months,the scores of limb motor function,lifeability and quality of life of the exercise therapy group were better than those of the routine therapy group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Exercise therapy has high value in the treatment of hemiplegia in stroke patients.It can improve the physical function,life abilityand quality of life of the patients effectively.
