网络武器泄露威胁全球网络空间安全事件简析

Analysis on leakage of cyber weapon and its threat to global cyberspace security

2017年3月起,维基解密网站、黑客组织影子经纪人持续在互联网上曝光美国中央情报局、国家安全局等情报机构秘密文件,揭示了其掌握的大量安全漏洞、网络攻击工具等网络武器。相关漏洞和工具变种随后在全球引发了数起大范围网络攻击事件。在分析相关事件发展情况后,对其成因和影响进行了研判,并给出我国提高网络安全防护能力的对策建议。

Since March2017,the“WikiLeaks”website and hacker group“the Shadow Brokers”have been continuously disclosing confidential documents of the U.S.intelligence agencies such as CIA and NSA on the Internet.The exposed files revealed existence of massive security vulnerabilities and network attack tools they possessed.The revealed vulnerabilities,tools and variations have already caused a series of network attack incidents.This paper analyzes the latest development of related events,studies and judges the causes and impacts,and finally presents several advices of improving network security defense capability in our country.
