摘要
制备了石蜡-蒙脱土复合相变颜料,制得了石蜡-蒙脱土复合储能调温涂布纸.结果表明:石蜡和蒙脱土质量比为2∶1时,制备的石蜡-蒙脱土复合相变颜料的相变潜热为68.4,J/g.相变颜料在涂料的填料当中所占比例为10%,时,制备的相变涂料的比定压热容为2.044,8,J/(g·K),相变潜热为2.2,J/g.用相变涂料涂布后的纸张比未用相变涂料涂布后的纸张Cobb值降低了38%,,抗水性能明显增强.制备的石蜡-蒙脱土复合储能调温涂布纸除了具有储能调温功能之外,还具有较好的抗水性能.
Paraffin-montmorillonite phase change pigments(PMPCPs),phase change coating and paraffin-montmorillonite coated energy-storage and thermo-regulating paper were prepared.Results show that the phase change enthalpy of PMPCPs was68.4,J/g when the mass ratio of paraffin to montmorillonite was2∶1.When the ratio of PMPCPs in the fillers of the coating was10%,,the specific heat capacity and the phase change enthalpy of the phase change coating were2.044,8,J/(g·K)and2.2,J/g,respectively.The Cobb value of the paper coated with phase change coating decreased by38%,compared with that of the paper without phase change coating,and its water-proof property also greatly improved.The paraffinmontmorillonite coated energy-storage and thermo-regulating paper can not only store energy and regulate temperature but also prevent water in some degree.
