Counselors' Discourse Power in Ideological and Political Education in the Context of "Microera"

微媒体具有传播速度快、受众范围广、互动性强等特点,深受当代大学生青睐。高校辅导员是高校思想政治教育工作队伍的中坚力量,其话语权是开展思想政治教育工作的重要媒介和手段,"微时代"既给辅导员思想政治教育话语权提升带来机遇,也使其话语权面临严峻的挑战。"微时代"背景下,要充分利用微媒体,改变传统话语特点,以提高辅导员思想政治教育话语权的影响力,促进思想政治教育工作的有效开展。

Micro-media are characteristic of fast information transmission,wide audience,and active interaction,favored by contemporary college students. Counselors are the backbone force in ideological and political work in colleges and universities,and their power of discourse is both an important medium and means to carry out the work. The 'microera' has brought both opportunities and challenges to that power. In the context of the 'micro-era',counselors should change the traditional characteristics of discourse arid make full use of micro-media to enhance the influence and effectiveness of their discourse power so as to do a better job iri ideological and political education.
