盐酸奥布卡因凝胶在结肠镜检查中的应用价值

Application of Oxybuprocaine Hydrochloride Gel in colonoscopy examination

目的探讨盐酸奥布卡因凝胶在结肠镜检查中的应用价值。方法结肠镜检查的患者1000例,随机分为实验组和对照组,各500例,实验组镜检前采用盐酸奥布卡因凝胶10 ml(30 mg)进行肛周麻醉及润滑,对照组采用石蜡油进行肛周及肠镜润滑,比较两组患者的一次插镜成功率、视觉模拟疼痛评分法(VAS)评分、检查时间及术后并发症发生率。结果实验组患者的一次插镜成功率(95%)高于对照组(76%),术中疼痛评分低于对照组,检查时间缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸奥布卡因凝胶应用于结肠镜检查能够有效地减轻了患者的疼痛不适,提高了一次插镜成功率,缩短检查时间,值得在临床上推广和使用。

Objective To explore the application of Oxybuprocaine Hydrochloride Gel in colonoscopyexamination.Methods1000patients received colonoscopy examination were randomly divided into experimentalgroup and control group,500cases in each.Oxybuprocaine Hydrochloride Gel was applied on anal region in theexperimental group before endoscopy for perianal anesthesia and lubrication.Paraffin oil was used in the controlgroup to lubricate perianal and enteroscopy.The success rate of primary insertion,visual analogue pain score(VAS)score,examination time and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results In theexperimental group,the success rate of primary insertion(95%)was higher than that of the control group(76%),and the pain score was lower than that of the control group.The examination time was shortened,and the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Oxybuprocaine Hydrochloride Gel applied to colonoscopycan effectively reduce the patient’s pain and discomfort,improve the success rate of primary insertion,shorten theexamination time.And the method is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
