基于PDM的航天发射支持系统MRO技术研究与实践

Research and Application on MRO Technology of Space Launch Support System Based on PDM

针对航天发射支持系统MRO信息平台需求的迫切性和复杂性,通过比对现阶段各类信息系统的功能特点,分析PDM系统的核心技术,提出了基于PDM的航天发射支持系统MRO中性SBOM模型,并在Teamcenter完成了MRO信息平台的建模与初步实践。该研究的内容与技术成果,对航天复杂产品的MRO信息平台及其它与产品全生命周期数据管理相关的工程信息化平台建设,具有指导和借鉴意义。

According to the requirement of Space Launch Support System(SLSS)'s MRO information platform are complicated and urgency,this paper compares the characteristics of all kinds of present information systems,analyzes the key technology of PDM,presents a kind of neutral SBOM model for SLSS's MRO based on PDM,establishes the model of SLSS's MRO information platform on Teamcenter and applies it.The contents and technological achievements of this research can direct MRO information platform developments for the space complicated products,and other custom engineering information platform developments about PLM.
