摘要
长期以来,中国国防科技创新型人才的培养主要依托大型工程平台,在人才配置原则、人才传承路径和人才流动机制方面,需要应对诸多发展问题。为此,要营造大科学与小科学共生的人才培育环境,确立任务导向与兴趣导向相结合的人才配置原则,构建产学研交互式的人才流动机制。
For a long time,the cultivation of Chinese innovative talent of defense technology is mainly based on the“Big Project”platform.Some developing questions need to be solved in the respects of the principles of talent distribution,the path of talent inheritance and the mechanism of talent mobility.Thus,we should foster a nurturing environment in which big science is symbiotic with small science,establish the task-oriented and interest-oriented principles of talent distribution and construct a mechanism of talent flow through the interactive integration of industry,education and research.
