分析阿仑膦酸钠及唑来膦酸治疗原发性骨质疏松症患者的临床疗效

To analyze the clinical effect of sodium alendronate and azazole in the treatment of primary osteoporosis patients

目的对阿仑膦酸钠及唑来膦酸治疗原发性骨质疏松症患者的临床疗效予以分析。方法按随机原则选取原发性骨质疏松症患者90例并将其分为单一组与特别组,各45例。对单一组患者予以阿仑膦酸钠进行常规性治疗,给予特别组患者在前者基础上添加唑来膦酸进行联合治疗,对两组患者治疗后的骨密度改变情况以及临床疗效进行观察和记录后再予以对比分析。结果特别组患者显效29例,有效15例,失效1例,临床总有效率为97.78%;单一组患者显效17例,有效16例,失效12例,临床总有效率为73.33%。前组患者的临床疗效大于后组患者并存在明显优势,且两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,两者在治疗前后的骨密度改变情况上差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对原发性骨质疏松症患者使用阿仑膦酸钠联合唑来膦酸进行治疗,可有效改善病情并加快患者复原速度且临床效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of alendronate and azazole to treat primary osteoporosis patients.Methods90patients with primary osteoporosis were randomly selected and divided into a single group and a special group of45patients.Allen to patients with a single set of phosphonic acid sodium for routine treatment,given special group of patients on the basis of the former add azole combination therapy to phosphonic acid,the two groups after treatment in patients with bone mineral density changes and clinical curative effect of observation and record after comparison and analysis.Results There were29cases in the special group,15cases were effective,and1case of failure in clinical trials was97.78%.There were17cases in single group,16cases were effective and12were ineffective,and the total clinical efficiency was73.33%.The clinical efficacy of the former group was greater than that of the patients with the latter group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the differences in bone density change before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with primary osteoporosis using Allen phosphonic acid sodium combined azole phosphonic acid treatment,can effectively improve the condition and to speed up the recovery rate and the clinical effect is remarkable,worth clinical promotion.
