苯磺酸氨氯地平联合倍他乐克治疗顽固性高血压的临床治疗效果评价

Evaluation of clinical therapeutic effect of amlodipine combined with metoprolol in the treatment of resistant hypertension

目的研究分析苯磺酸氨氯地平联合倍他乐克治疗顽固性高血压的临床治疗效果。方法选取顽固性高血压患者90例,将患者分为研究组和对照组,各45例。采用苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗对照组患者,采用苯磺酸氨氯地平联合倍他乐克治疗研究组患者,评价两组不同疗效。结果研究组患者治疗有效率比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且其他指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论苯磺酸氨氯地平联合倍他乐克治疗顽固性高血压的临床治疗效果较理想,有助于促进患者症状改善,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of amlodipine combined with metoprolol in the treatment of resistant hypertension.Methods90patients were admitted for treatment,the patients were divided into study group and control group,with amlodipine besylate in the treatment of patients in the control group,using amlodipine besylate combined with betaloc in the treatment of patients in the study group,two groups of curative effect evaluation.Results The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and other indicators were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Amlodipine combined with metoprolol in the treatment of refractory hypertension clinical treatment effect is more ideal,help to promote the improvement of symptoms,it is worth popularizing.
