左甲状腺素钠治疗老年甲状腺功能减退症的疗效及安全性分析

Efficacy and safety of levothyroxine sodium in the treatment of elderly hypothyroidism

目的探究左甲状腺素钠治疗老年甲状腺功能减退症的疗效及安全性。方法选择106例老年甲状腺功能减退症作为研究对象,按照随机数表法进行分组,A、B两组分别53例,给予A组患者左甲状腺素钠药物进行治疗,给予B组患者甲状腺片进行治疗,将两组患者的治疗效果以及甲状腺激素指标、脂质代谢指标以及药后不良反应进行对比。结果 A组患者治疗有效率为96.23%,B组患者治疗有效率为79.25%,两组患者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前A组患者的TSH、FT4、FT3、CHO以及TG指标与B组患者相比,差异无统计学意义,对比两组患者的治疗后TSH、FT_4、FT_3、CHO以及TG指标,A组明显优于B组患者,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者中出现1例食管刺激感,2例胸闷,没有出现心动过速症状,不良反应发生率为5.66%,B组患者中出现2例食管刺激感患者,1例胸闷患者,1例心动过速症状,不良反应发生率为7.55%,A组患者与B组患者相比,差异无统计学意义,给予针对性治疗后,所有患者症状均有所缓解。结论老年甲状腺功能减退症患者采用左甲状腺素钠药物进行治疗效果较好,患者的脂代谢功能得到明显改善,降低了不良反应发生率,治疗安全性较高,可在临床应用中推广。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of levothyroxine sodium in the treatment of hypothyroidism in the elderly.Methods106cases of senile hypothyroidism as the research object,were grouped according to the random number table method,A,B two groups were53cases,A group was treated with levothyroxine sodium in patients with drug treatment,B group of patients given Thyroid Tablets treatment,the two groups of patients the treatment effect and the serum thyroid hormone and lipid metabolism index and after the drug adverse reactions were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in group A was96.23%,and the effective rate of B group was79.25%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the patients in the A group of TSH,FT4,FT3,CHO and TG index compared with B group,the difference was not statistically significant,the treatment of the two groups were compared after TSH,FT4,FT3,CHO and TG index was significantly higher in group A than in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There are1cases of esophageal stimulation of A patients,2cases of chest tightness,no tachycardia symptoms,the incidence of adverse reaction was5.66%,B group of patients occurred in2cases of esophageal irritation patients,1cases of patients with chest pain,1cases of tachycardia symptoms,the incidence of adverse reaction was7.55%,compared to the A group patients in the B group,the difference was not statistically significant,given targeted treatment,all patients symptoms were relieved.Conclusion The elderly patients with hypothyroidism levothyroxine sodium drug treatment is effective,lipid metabolism function of patients were improved significantly,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,the treatment of high safety,can be popularized in clinical application.
