强脉冲光(IPL)联合5%过氧苯甲酰凝胶治疗面部痤疮的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of intense pulsed light(IPL) combined with 5% Benzoyl Peroxide Gel in the treatment of facial acne

目的强脉冲光(IPL)联合5%过氧苯甲酰凝胶治疗面部痤疮的临床疗效探究。方法选择116例面部痤疮患者作为研究对象,按照患者入院顺序进行分组,对照组58例给予5%过氧苯甲酰凝胶进行治疗,观察组58例选择强脉冲光联合5%过氧苯甲酰凝胶联合治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率91.38%,显著高于对照组患者72.41%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者在治疗后均有不同程度的不良反应,对照组患者局部皮肤出现发红以及刺激症状的患者包括4例,1例出现肠胃道不良反应,不良反应发生率为8.62%,观察组患者中有3例出现皮肤发红症状,出现肠胃道不良反应的患者包括3例,不良反应发生率为10.34%,在给予针对性治疗后,患者不良反应均消失,两组对比差异无统计学意义。结论强脉冲光(IPL)联合5%过氧苯甲酰凝胶对面部痤疮疾病的治疗有显著效果,患者面部皮肤均有明显改善,不良反应发生率较低,安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of intense pulsed light(IPL)combined with5%Benzoyl Peroxide Gel in the treatment of facial acne.Methods116cases of facial acne patients as the research object,the patients were grouped according to the order of admission,58cases in control group were given5%Benzoyl Peroxide Gel treatment,58cases in observation group were selected with intense pulsed light and5%Benzoyl Peroxide Gel combined treatment,two groups of patients with treatment effect analysis.Results The observation group the effective rate was91.38%,significantly higher than the control group72.41%,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05),two groups of patients with different degrees of adverse reactions after treatment were the control group of patients,local skin redness and irritation symptoms of patients including4cases,1cases of adverse gastrointestinal reaction,the incidence of adverse reaction was8.62%,the observation group3cases occurred in patients with skin redness symptoms,gastrointestinal adverse reactions of patients including3cases,the incidence rate of adverse reaction was10.34%,in the given targeted treatment,adverse reactions of patients disappeared,there was no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion Intense pulsed light(IPL)combined with5%Benzoyl Peroxide Gel in the treatment of acne in the opposite side has significant effect,patients face and skin have improved significantly,the incidence of adverse reactions is low,safety is higher.
