肺炎支原体肺炎患儿MPLI、肺炎支原体抗体、CRP、IL-8变化及临床意义

Clinical significance of MPLI,Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody,CRP and IL-8 in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia

目的探讨肺炎支原体肺炎患儿支原体载量指数(MPLI)、肺炎支原体抗体、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)变化及临床意义。方法选取50例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿(肺炎组)及50例门诊行健康体检的健康儿童(对照组),以实时荧光定量PCR检测MP-DNA含量计算MPLI,被动凝集发检测肺炎支原体总抗体(MP-IgM+MP-IgG+MP-IgA),胶体金法检测血清CRP,酶联免疫吸附法检测血清IL-8。结果肺炎组MPLI明显低于对照组(P<0.05),肺炎支原体抗体、CRP、IL-8高于对照组(P<0.05);肺炎组轻症患儿MPLI明显高于重症(P<0.05),肺炎支原体抗体、CRP、IL-8低于重症(P<0.05);肺炎组治疗7 d时MPLI明显高于入院时(P<0.05),肺炎支原体抗体、CRP、IL-8低于治疗7 d时(P<0.05)。结论肺炎支原体肺炎患儿MPLI明显下降,肺炎支原体抗体、CRP、IL-8明显升高,检测以上指标对肺炎支原体肺炎的诊断及治疗有指导意义。

Objective To investigate the changes of Mycoplasma load index(MPLI),Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody,C reactive protein(CRP),interleukin8(IL-8)in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia and its clinical significance.Methods50cases of mycoplasma pneumonia in the diagnosis and treatment methods(pneumonia group)and50cases of outpatient health examination of healthy children(control group),to detect the content of MP-DNA real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR to calculate MPLI,Passive Agglutination detection of Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody total hair(MP-IgM+MP-IgG+MP-IgA),serum CRP colloidal gold method,enzyme immunosorbent assay for serum IL-8.Results The MPLI pneumonia group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody and CRP,IL-8higher than the control group(P<0.05);children with mild pneumonia group was significantly higher than that of severe MPLI(P<0.05),Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody and CRP,IL-8(P<0.05)is lower than the severe pneumonia group;treatment of7d MPLI was significantly higher than that on admission(P<0.05).Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody,CRP and IL-8than the treatment of7d(P<0.05).Conclusion Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children with MPLI decreased significantly,Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody,CRP,IL-8increased significantly,detection of these indicators for the diagnosis and treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia has guiding significance.
