氢氧化钙糊剂联合根管治疗术治疗牙髓炎或根尖炎的临床疗效

Calcium Hydroxide Paste combined with root canal therapy clinical curative effect of the treatment of pulpitis or periapical inflammation

目的探讨氢氧化钙糊剂联合根管治疗术治疗牙髓炎或根尖炎患者的临床疗效。方法随机选择84例牙髓炎或根尖炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字抽取表法将患者分为两组,各42例。对对照组患者采用常规根管治疗方法进行治疗,对观察组患者采用氢氧化钙糊剂联合根管治疗术治疗,对两组患者的牙周指数、血清炎症因子水平和治疗效果进行比较。结果两组患者治疗前牙周指数各指标、血清炎症因子水平各指标比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,观察组患者牙周指数各指标、血清炎症因子水平各指标均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者总有效率为95.24%,对照组患者总有效率为78.57%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对牙髓炎或根尖炎患者采用氢氧化钙糊剂联合根管治疗术治疗措施能够有效改善患者的临床症状,降低疼痛情况的发生,改善患牙的牙周情况并降低血清炎性因子水平。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Calcium Hydroxide Paste combined with root canal therapy in the treatment of pulpitis or periapical periodontitis patients.Methods Randomly selected from our hospital with acute pulpitis or periapical periodontitis patients as the researchobject,a total of84cases,using a random number table extraction method were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional root canal treatment,a total of42cases of the observation group were treated by Calcium Hydroxide Paste combined with root canal therapy,a total of42cases,the two groups of patients with periodontal index,serum levels of inflammatory factors and treatment results were compared.Results The index before the periodontal index of treatment group two patients,there was no significant difference between the indexes of serum inflammatory cytokines;after treatment,the observation group of patients with periodontal index index,the index of serum levels of inflammatory factors were significantly lower than the control group,the difference between the data with statistical significance(P<0.05);the total effective rate of observation group was95.24%patients in the control group,the total effective rate was78.57%,with statistically significant data difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The acute pulpitis or periapical periodontitis patients using Calcium Hydroxide Paste combined with root canal therapy treatment measures can effectively improve the patient's Clinical symptoms,reduce the occurrence of pain,improve the periodontal condition and reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors.
