摘要
电池组的均衡技术一直是解决电池组中单体的不一致性的重要手段,基于变压器的反激式双向主动均衡方案由于能量转换效率高而成为国内外研究的主流方向。应用TI公司的专有集成芯片,开发了一套适用于电动车锂电池的双向主动均衡的控制硬软系统原型,并通过多次反复的充放电实验证明,此套系统能有效地提升电池包的容量,延长电池包的使用寿命,并且安全可靠。
The energy balancing technologies applied in vehicle battery pack was an important methodology to resolve the performance inconsistency issue existing among each individual battery cell,and the active bidirectional balancing technology based on fly-back transformer was the leading study direction followed by many researchers in the world because of its high energy conversion efficiency.Texas Instruments company's integrated IC with fly-back transformer architecture was selected to develop a controls system prototype both in hardware and software to implement active bidirectional balancing technologies oriented to battery management system on electrical vehicles.A testing system platform was established,and some comparison tests were completed.The data show that this technical solution can increase the energy capacity of battery pack,and the battery pack usage lifetime can be extended effectively.In addition,this systemshowed great benefits on safety and reliability.
