摘要
论文从法理与现实角度阐述了呈缴制度关注数字资源版权保护的必要性,构建了数字出版资源呈缴制度中版权保护机制,以期对网络时代公共图书馆的信息资源收集法治化提供参考。
This paper expounds the need for copyright protection of deposit system from legal and practical perspective,and constructs the copyright protection mechanism in deposit system of digital publishing resources,so as to provide legal reference for public libraries in network times.
