摘要
我国的许多高校采用教学团队的方式来增进教师的专业发展,教学团队的知识管理在这一过程中显得尤为重要。而现有的研究较少关注教学团队的知识管理与教师专业发展之间的跨层次影响关系,本文运用多层线性模型(HLM)进行实证分析,研究结果表明教学团队的知识管理正向影响教师的专业发展;教学团队的支持性氛围跨层次调节教学团队知识管理与教师专业发展之间的关系,即处于高支持性团队氛围的教师将会更容易参与自身的专业发展活动。
Effective professional development enhances teachers'instructional skills and in turn improves students'learning.This study adopts a multilevel perspective to investigate the interplay of teaching teams'knowledge management and the supportive organizational climate in terms of their effects on the professional development of school teachers in China.The study finds the conclusion that teaching teams'knowledge management positively affects teachers'professional development.The crosslevel moderating effect of the supportive organizational climate is confirmed on the relationship between teaching teams'knowledge management and professional development.It is concluded that teaching teams with knowledge management combined with a supportive team climate will prompt teachers'professional development.
