红色文化是社会主义核心价值观的重要内容,将红色文化植入到剪纸艺术中,剪纸艺术作品就成为红色文化传承和发展的载体。同时,红色文化也丰富了剪纸艺术的内容,达到红色文化和民间手工艺术双向传承之效果。贵州省红色文化与民间艺术融合及传承创新训练中心的师生进行了"红色文化与剪纸艺术的融合创新"的实践创新,创作出一系列体现红色文化的剪纸作品。扩宽红色文化宣传渠道的同时也能带动文化经济的发展,开拓了红色文化根植人民群众的有效途径。

Red culture is the key content of the socialist core values.If we integrate red culture into paper-cutting arts,the paper-cutting works will become the carrier for heritage and development of red culture.At the same time,red culture also enriches the content of paper-cutting arts,resulting in mutual heritage of red culture and folk handicraft arts.Teachers and students of the Training Center for Integration,Heritage and Innovation of Red Culture and Folk Arts of Guizhou Province carried out the practical creation of“integrated innovation of red culture and paper-cutting arts”and created a series of paper-cutting works embodying red culture.This does not only expand the propaganda channel of red culture,and also drives development of culture and economy,and adds effective paths to root red culture in the public.
