2016年发达国家数字经济发展战略及启示

Development Strategy of Digital Economy in Developed Countries in 2016 and the Enlightenment to China

近年来,信息技术和数字网络爆炸性地向经济和社会各个领域广泛渗透和扩张,使得数字经济成为崭新的、引领性的经济形态,作为国家经济提质增效的重要变量被普遍认可。欧美发达国家乃至发展中国家都纷纷出台国家数字经济发展规划,积极探索适合国情的数字经济发展战略。通过对2016年美国、德国、法国这3个典型发达国家数字经济发展战略的分析和研究,提出了一些对我国数字经济发展的启示。

Information technology and digital network have been widely applied to economic and social fields in recent years.The digital economy has become a new and leading economic form,and it has been generally recognized as an important variable of the national quality and efficiency of economy.Developed countries and even developing countries have introduced national level digital economic development plans to explore their suitable national digital economic development strategies.This study analyzed development strategies of digital economy in2016in the United States,Germany and France as three typical developed countries,then obtained some enlightenment and proposed some suggestions to the digital economy development in China.
