生产追溯系统起源于食品生产企业,用来监控食品供应链全过程,从而保证食品安全。其之后被以汽车行业为首的机械制造企业所采用,并在供应链品质控制的基础上得到延伸,推动了生产计划管理的发展,使高精度生产控制成为可能,并显著提高了零部件订购精度,最终实现了生产管理精度的提高和生产成本的降低。主要对生产追溯系统进行简单介绍,并详细讲解其在天津一汽丰田汽车有限公司泰达3厂的实际应用。

Production traceability system was originated in food production enterprises,and was used to monitor the whole process of food supply chain,so as to ensure the safety of food.After being used by machinery manufacturing enterprises(especially those in automotive industry)and extended over the supply chain quality control,it has promoted the development of production schedule management,thus making high precision production control possible,and improving the accuracy of parts ordering,finally improving production management accuracy and reducing the production cost.This paper mainly introduces the production traceability system,and explains its application in Tianjin FAW Toyota Motor Co.,Ltd.TEDA3Factory.
