摘要
当前,石油资源短缺和气候变暖已经成为全世界面临的共同挑战和课题。2011年底,一汽丰田技术开发有限公司开始研发纯电动汽车产品。第1款产品"朗世E50"已于2013年度在上海国际车展展出。第2款纯电动车型(项目代号A)于2014年底启动:以第11代卡罗拉燃油车为原型车,搭载某公司动力总成和电池包;以卡罗拉混合动力车型的整车性能水平作为开发目标,重新调校前后悬架部品特性,从而优化了整车操稳性和平顺性。详细介绍了该项目悬架系统各部品的调教方案,并通过Simulink仿真验证了整车平顺性的达成水平。
Nowadays,oil shortages and climate warming have become the common challenges and issues faced by the world.By the end of2011,FTRD began to develop pure electric vehicle products.The first product,RANZ E50,was exhibited at the Shanghai International Auto Show in2013.The second pure electric vehicle,RANZ(project code A),started by the end of2014.It plans to take the11th generation of Corolla fuel vehicles as the prototype model,and equip with the powertrain and battery pack of some company.Taking the performance level of Corolla hybrid vehicle as the development goal,the parameters of the front and rear suspension parts were re-adjusted,thus optimizing the vehicle handling and ride comfort.In this paper,the tuning scheme of each part of the suspension system was introduced in detail,and the leveling level of the vehicle was verified by Simulink simulation.
